By entering the site you agree to the terms and conditions so if you prefer not to be bound by these terms and conditions then we suggest that you not use the site.

The images on our website are for illustrative purposes. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.

 

Want to change your order?

If you wish to make a change, please contact us and we will confirm whether the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of the requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

 

Pricing

All the prices are stated in sterling.

Postage and packaging will be charged in addition to the price of any goods and are stated on the website.

 

Payment

Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. We only accept payments made in sterling and by one of the following card payment methods through Paypal. See Paypal for further queries www.paypal.com.

We will hold onto products until full payment has been made and funds cleared.

 

Shipping

We currently only offering shipment within the UK. If you are enquiring from outside of the UK please send us a message and we will do our best to arrange a separate shipment.

Our standard shipment provider is through the Royal Mail delivery with prices given on the website. We hope that you will receive your order between 5-7 working days. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order within that timeframe then we will contact you within 2 days to arrange an agreeable alternative date, item or refund.

If you require a faster shipment, this is possible, but may incur a higher postage fee.

The risk in goods will pass to the customer on delivery.

 

Delivery

We aim to deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible and within 30days after the day on which we accept your order.

 

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

 

Overseas and non-mainland UK delivery the postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary. Please allow 7-14 days. Whilst we predominantly ship only within the UK, any customer from outside the UK can only pay by credit card or bank transfer and must pay in sterling. If you have any problems, please contact us.

 

Cancellations and Returns

Whilst your happiness if our goal, please choose carefully. We do not normally offer refunds if you simply change your mind. We are able to exchange products or offer store credit if you wish to return your non-faulty product and offer this exchange within a two-week period after purchase. Please ensure that the item is returned in original condition for a replacement. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition.

 

You are entitled to a refund if the product is faulty (i.e. unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose), where there has been an error in the price or description of the product ordered.

For non-faulty products we ask you arrange and pay for the costs of the returning the product to us. For faulty or damaged products we will refund the cost of returning your order provided that you supply us with a delivery receipt.

 

Products must be wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recordered delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

 

Refunds will be paid within 14 days of us receiving your returned product.

 

Products as a gift can only be returned by the original purchaser.
